Ann Cory, 2009 Poster Artist

Poster artist for the 2009 Camano Island Studio Tour poster is Ann Cory. Working in both watercolors and acrylics, Ann has returned to her first love, painting, after raising a family equally talented in the visual arts. Ann’s heritage in the arts is extensive; her grandmother, Fanny Cory, was renowned as an illustrator, and her mother attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art. One of Ann’s paintings was selected recently for the Children’s Orthopedic Hospital’s Christmas card design. Children and family are some of Ann’s favorite subjects.
